Your payment secures your booking, but the date and time you select is a request until our team confirms it — entertainer availability and venue hours can affect the exact slot. We confirm with you within 24 hours. If your preferred time isn't available we'll offer the nearest available time, send your entertainer to your own location, move you to another date, or refund you in full.
Yes — pre-book your stag or hens party with us and your whole group gets half-price entry: $12.50 per person instead of $25 — and the stag or hen gets in free. It applies automatically to any pre-booked stag or hens party, just let us know who the stag or hen is on the night.
No. Your booking total covers the packages and entertainment only. Club entry is paid at the door on the night — $25 per person normally, or half price ($12.50pp) for pre-booked stag and hens parties, with the stag or hen free. Drinks are purchased at the bar as normal. Bookings at your own venue or accommodation have no door charge.
Our Mount Maunganui club opens to the public at 8pm as an adults club. Private shows and hens/ladies' bookings at the Mount run before we open — from 4pm to 7pm. Later in the evening we come to you instead: your entertainer travels to your venue, home or accommodation. Rotorua has separate hours — just ask.
When you reserve your booking we show you our bank details and email them to you. Transfer half the booking total and your date is secured — we hold it for 48 hours while the payment clears. The remaining half is paid in person on the night by cash or EFTPOS. Prefer to pay the whole lot up front, or pay in person? Just give us a call and we'll sort it.
Tick "travel required" when you book. We'll quote the travel fee separately and confirm it with you before your event.
